In 2023 we decided to invest in Costa Rica — for us one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Our very first meeting with Thomas and Javier was built on so much trust that we agreed on the land purchase, the build plan, and the timeline that same day, and had everything notarized that evening — not because of any pressure, but simply because it felt right.
The construction was completed on time and to the highest quality, despite challenging weather conditions on the hillside. What really stood out: even when the terrain turned out to be more demanding than initially expected, the final cost stayed exactly within the agreed budget.
The furniture crafted in Your Piece of Paradise own carpentry workshop was the finishing touch that completed the whole picture. From our first contact to receiving the keys was just six months. We moved in during the summer of 2024 — and haven’t looked back since. Absolute recommendation.
