Our very first meeting with Thomas and Javier, where the land, build, and forestry projects were presented, was built on so much trust that we agreed on the land purchase, the build plan, and the timeline that same day.

The construction was completed on time and to the highest quality, despite challenging weather conditions on the hillside. What really stood out: even when the terrain turned out to be more demanding than initially expected, the final cost stayed exactly within the agreed budget.

The furniture crafted in YourPieceOfParadise’s own carpentry workshop was the finishing touch that completed the whole picture. From our first contact to receiving the keys was just six months.
